The Facilities
Our boarding facilities ensure your horse has everything to feel comfortable and happy. Two airy, wood style barns, each having fifteen, 12x12 matted stalls including individual or group turnout area and automatic waterers and lots of shade trees.
We have a full size grass dressage arena, jump field and cross country jump field. A unique feature is our ¾ mile straightaway providing you with a great option for trot or canter sets or just a casual hack under cool shade trees, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
For those who prefer to groom outside of their stall, we've got you covered too – our full-service grooming station features hot/cold wash racks plus cross ties just waiting to be used!
Our Staff
Here at our farm, we take great pride in the expertise of our staff. Our team is not only well-versed in equine nutrition and caretaking protocols but also first-aid knowledge that will keep your horse safe while they stay with us. All horses, including pasture boarded horses are touched 2x a day and checked for cuts, sores, scratches or any ailment that is immediately cared for.
In addition, we offer expertise in caring for broodmares and foaling out. Our philosophy is to provide an environment that is safe and natural to allow for successful birth. From foal watch to immediate care following birth we have delivered hundreds of babies and have the needs of the mare and baby covered. We work with many local vets to ensure if any special needs are required they are promptly taken care of with follow up care provided in-house.
Moreover, we strive to cater to each individual's needs by providing customized feeding plans and regular vet and farrier visits as needed.

Need a place to practice cross country, hack or trail ride? Shangri-La Farm offers daily, weekly and monthly passes allowing you to trailer in to train using our dressage or jump fields or just simply hack throughout the property enjoying time with your equine partner.
